Free pizza at work, but I stayed beneath my calorie limit with the dinner I'm planning on having tonight. It helps so much to plan what I'm supposed to eat at the beginning of the day. I knew the pizza party was coming, so could adjust accordingly. After three days of eating mostly fruits and veggies, I regret nothing! >:D
Toying with the idea of checking out the women's gym down the street. I don't know if I can afford it, but I can always go check it out. I haven't been in a gym since college (you know, when it was free). I'm pretty nervous about it because I really hate people watching me when I work out. This is what also keeps me from jogging around the nearby park. I should try to get over that, but today is not that day. I have at least been good about taking a walk in the park four or five times a week. That will be harder once the 100+ degree summer hits though.
