No loss...a lot of salt yesterday eating out...and the some today with the turkey broth, but low calories and 17 carbs for the day....really more like 12-14 based on the side of the box..big salad so I could chew something...I want cake bad. I have a spice cake in the frig...NO NO NO...have come to far to turn back...clothes getting looser...
