I Went off the wagon yesterday. I had to celebrate the good news. I got 100% on my final in one of my college classes. I finished with the highest grade in my class. So i went to lunch and dinner. I know I shouldn't have but I was just so happy. Don't worry though I am still on diet and Will burn the extra calories off at the gym in the coming week. 1150 /5 = 230. I will just have to add 115 calories burned to gym totals every night this coming week and -115 calories from my intake for 5 days. According to this site i am still -344 calories for the day so lets hope it just evened out.
