I wrote a recipe that hasn't been "approved" yet. If you REALLY crave fries, take some celeriac, cut it in to sticks, cook them, remove the water, then fry them in any oil desired. Add salt, pepper and any other herbs you like. (I love them with some additional curry powder or rosemary) Et voilá "Celery Fries"!
