Working on week five of exercising and healthy eating. Lost a lot of weight initially of course, then it's been literally up and down ounces ever since. A little discouraging but I am going to stick with it. Eventually it will come off even if it takes a little longer. I have revved up my exercise routine. Pushing harder when I can. I do feeling stronger and clothing is fitting nicer. I'm sure I've dropped inches. Took my measurements last week for the first time so we will see.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
