Well, I didn't lose much in lbs but I dropped 2 inches on my chest, 2 inches on my waist and 1 inch on my hips. I'm still workingout with my buddy, amping up the challenge on the elliptical from time to time. Still feeling good and motivated. Family reunion coming up in 3weeks and I would love to lose 7lbs to get out of my 190's and I'm going to.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
