Having problems keeping good food diary with Easter holiday and also stress eating Tuesday( chocolate yogurt). I am running over my targeted 1200 cal/day.

On the plus side, I have found a whole grain, zero sugar cracker. I have cut my carbs significantly and changed to sugar free breath mints. I usually don't put any dressing on my salads. I am eating high protein snacks instead of carbs. I stop all carbs after dinner, which I may not get to until 7 PM due to work schedule. I limit carbs to 30 gm per meal max.

Passing up sweets that OTHERS bring me to include freshly backed chocolate chip cookies, chocolate Easter bunny ( half price sale!), cup cakes, chocolate bars. I see a pattern here. If I didn't buy it or plan for those calories myself, I shouldn't eat it.

I am drinking more water and have started working out more consistently. A little sore from new work out with resistance training. Big plans for working out and hope my body can handle it.
