Healthy lunch: Grilled chicken, zucchini, & tomato with unsweet tea. I hate counting calories and would rather do portion control with healthy food.

Sounds like a great lunch, but make sure youre not going too light on your intake. Eating to little can be just as ineffective as eating too much. Do you log your foods here on FS?

I hate keeping a log, lol. I have high protein snacks too. Had a couple of boiled eggs today and a protein shake. Thanks.
