AM. I feel like I already cheated on the first day. I ate at least a dozen saltines that have been in my desk for weeks. I'm going to try to do the Jillian dvd and try to eat well today.
PM. Even though I ate those crackers, I am still coming in at 98% rdi and I really did do Jillian's 30 Day Shred DVD.
