Thanks for accepting the request :-) Your posts always seem to make me smile...love your sense of humor. And yes, my trainer doesn't let me slack...nor do I want him to let me get away with slacking.

Good workout. You are like me in that the only opportunity to workout during the day is at lunchtime. My coworker and I try to get out everyday for a run. We started 2 years ago with some walking, never imagining that we'd become 'runners'. When it comes to exercise, you gotta fit it when you can. Keep up the great work!

As a former endurance 'athlete', it was hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that I don't have to go to the gym for hours...it's amazing what one can do in 30 minutes. I just keep the intensity high. I do love running, too. Never thought I'd be a runner either (funny how that happens isn't it?).

Good job. I deadlifted 100 today too. My regular 180 just looked too daunting. I'm starting a deload. I think I may be looking at a week off lifting as I'm starting to feel pretty draggy in general. I'll take a week, maybe cut back a pound or two of body fat (currently bulking), then hit it hard and get everything back up.
