Easter Sunday today..I have indulged having eaten chocolate cake and tiramisu and mini eggs and wine!Oops...So I'm hoping to be straight back on target tomorrow with a 500 fast day..Maybe I will plan out exactly wat Im going to eat and drink and stick firmly to it...
