FAST day today... going to try not eating until around midmorning. So that I have sufficient calories to see me thru the day. Weight watchers soup for lunch... less than 100 cals nd snacks of strawberries lots of warm water maybe with a stock cube for taste. Down to cotswolds this eve to spend tomorrow with Ben nd C nd the children..ahh xx
