DAY 5:
Ate some corn, avocado, pickles and an apple in the evening. Also changed my routine from fast until 3PM to juicing throughout the day. Went for a swim. Didn't lose much weight - still at 201 - and slight headache this morning. Think I will go back to old routine since my body is used to that - fasting until 3PM (tea, coffee, water) and then eating as much as I want (juice) in the evenings.
