DAY 4:
Ate more solid food than usual - couple tangerines, apple, pickles - but didn't overdo it. I find that my hunger is manageable throughout the day except for the late evenings when I become ravenous and want to snack on all the wrong foods. Guess my body knows what's ahead and wants to store up for the next day fast.
Realistically, I doubt I can go a full 24 hours without some solid food. As long as I keep it healthy and limit my quantities, I'm satisfied. And the results speak for themselves - another pound lost today. 2 more and I will be under 200 lbs for the first time in a couple decades.
Finding that I don't have as much energy for extended workouts. Feeling great and lots of energy for short term activities. In the pool yesterday I had to stop short - just need to pace myself.
