I am so thrilled that I have made my weight goal, plus a little more. I have vowed to weigh everyday and keep track of calories consumed. If I go over amount of calories allotted and gain any, then I cut back 500 calories till I loose the weight gain. I also walk one hour, at least 5 days a week. This seems to be working well for me. I feel great, and its so wonderful to fit into smaller sizes again! Wishing everybody success with their weight loss adventures!!!
