Back in Alaska after 2 weeks off from work:
4 days eating leftover food... lots of it.
6 days in longmont. Meatballs and pasta!
3 days in Las Vegas. Pizza City!!

Objective is get back on program and lose 1.5 pounds a week by excercising daily and using Fat Secret religiously.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
