Hi all... Doctor says I need to improve my cholestrol or its medication for me. No thanks! So I was determined to change my eating habits and drop some of the weight I put on after I quit smoking and hit menopause all around the same time. I was doing great. Eating heathly and walking 3 to 4 times a week. Then I was in car wreck and laid on the couch for a couple months while my sternum and attitude tried to heal.. both are better now and I am looking forward to following this challenge. Good luck everybody..
