ok so PATIENCE is the biggest key in any transformation! When things are not changing fast enough I always think to myself maybe I can take a short cut like fast for a few days! But the way I have been weight training I need all the energy that I can get. It is always my old way of thinking that just creeps back in all the time. I know I am getting stronger and I am building muscles and I WILL see a transformation on my 6 week. I am now in my 4th week of weight training so 2 more weeks then I will assess the situation. The Quest bars were really good but almost too good and they didn't sit that well in my stomach. I just think i ate too many of them lol. Still the winner is the body by vi shakes and the almond milk it's the only thing so far that has no ill affect on my digestive tract. I just have to stay away from Visalus cookies so I will not order them anymore they are too too good way better than the quest bars although the quest bars taste AMAZING especially the peanut butter and jelly one anytime something tastes too good i over indulge.
