Day 3: I've been exercising for over a week, and eating healthier for three days... And it seems like I lost 1.9 k
I'm very happy with my results. :D
I love FatSecret.
It's easy to watch what you eat and follow a diet when you can write it down and count how many calories whatever you're eating contains.
This way, you can see what it was that was making you gain weight, and you can reduce the amount you eat, or eat something else instead. Wonderful page. ❤❤❤
