I'm on track again today after a awhile of not following through. I'm on board to stick with it this time, it'll be hard with all the steroids I'm taking after being in the hospital. I plan on going all the way this time sticking to it.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm glad u r back on track. Just take it one day at a time. When the steroids are making you hungry try to eat low cal foods like green beans or salad. Taking a walk might help too. It will get your mind off the fact that you're hungry. And there's always drink a large glass of water. Really glad you're back on track. I know you'll feel better about everything. There were lots of people praying for you and wishing you a speedy recovery. I love you. Mom
