I rarely make things that only have 2 or 3 ingredients. Sometimes entering everything can be a in in the butt!! Hahahahahahaha :O/
************Also, what is a healthy way to add some calories to my daily RDI?? I don't really get hungry and I eat enough to stay satisfied most of the time, but I think I need to add some extra healthy calories. Any ideas?? Thank you in advance...... :O)****************

Put together meals that you eat often and add those to your cookbook. Then, all you have to do is add straight from the cookbook, and it automatically puts your entire meal in your calendar :)

Yes adding some calories would probably help you. I don't eat "breakfast" food in the morning. I will have salmon and veggies. If you are trying to cut carbs just salmon. You are high protein and high fat yes? Just my thoughts at this moment....

JustWriteJames - It's hard isn't it? Especially since I'm not necessarily hungry. I am going to see what I can find out and will post any ideas I may come up with.

Man, I wish that was my problem lol. Adding calories, hmmm. Cook with healthy oils, add a couple high fiber snack bars, a protein shake.... or you could take some of mine and we can both win lol. I know recording recipes is a pain in the bum but once its in there youre good to go for that dish, forever. I like to write all the nutrition info on my hard copy of the recipe too, like my cookie recipes, just for future reference in the event that this site would crash or whatnot.

protein shakes add protein, some calories, there are ones with little to no sugar/carbs, for me its a win. protein is filling and good for you and adds some calories too
