Very happy today that I broke the 180's FINALLY! I had put some of it back on.. five to six pounds.. after surgery, and even though I could lose it.. I had lost my momentum for really working toward my goal. Surgery really derailed me more than I thought. I have been on break for two weeks and I decided to work as hard as I could at losing so at least I could end the month in the 170's! I will continue to try to lose some more this month but I am definitely playing the happy song now!
