One week into the weight loss challenge and other than my unintended cheat ay on Saturday I did pretty well and am happy with my progress. This weeks goal is to consume about the same as last week but up the activity level... I CAN DO IT!!!
198.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
