Waking weigh in of 209.6. Will do weight lifting today. I have about 1400 calories to use on Sunday and Monday to end the month with a 1000 calorie per day deficit. Will hit that. No workout on Mondays. Will start the month on Tuesday, April 1, with a light eating day followed by an hour on a treadmill. That should give me a nice weigh in for my April 1 target.
