Re-boot! I've been working 7 days a week for up to 14 hours a day since January 2nd. Have been sitting too long during that time doing desk work and have been too tired to exercise...guess what happened? I gained back the weight I had already worked my butt off to lose. I walked up two short flights of stairs and then about 200 feet and was out of breathe yesterday! OMG! I'm back on my Walk It Out on my Wii, started it this morning and burned a whopping 164 calories. But, hey its better than not burning any extra by not exercising. I feel better and more energized but boy did my core muscles, hate, hate, hate, my exercise! Too Bad! Better get used to it...more is coming later today and every day.
