slight increase in my weight, could be sore muscles and lots of salt last night I had. to top that off also have a bit of a bubbly belly and some other odd pms symptoms. body seems a bit off today. Will do another weigh in later and see if there is a fluctuation just before I open my eating window again.

Yes, sore muscles means muscle edema. It can take a few days or more for the muscles to release the water as they heal. Sodium can cause you to retain too. Stay hydrated and keep going. It can take the scale a week or so to catch up sometimes.
