I just found the Fat Smash Diet and it looks like it will be challenging but definitely doable. If I can make it through the first phase I should be able to make it the rest of the way since items are added every week. I also like that if you have a day where you mess up, you can pause where you are and go back to Phase 1 for a couple days before you start up from where you were. I am very motivated for this. I need to lose weight. I'm not happy with my body right now and feel I need to make my body healthier in order to make my life healthier and happier as a whole. Here we go!
