Just three more frozen dinners then there gone and I will be eating just fresh fish, chicken, pork and veggies. That should help take my carbs down and my protein up. Also, I tried the carbmaster yogurt from Kroger, only 4g of carbs - but I didn't like it. Tasted like flavored sour cream and too thick too. So I will have to cut carbs in other ways and exercise more. I am now doing the treadmill and elliptical 3 times a week. Working on the machines 3 times a week. And walking the dog and the shelter dogs 3 days a week. Hopefully with the additional walking I will see the weight start coming off more quickly. My kids are coming down in late April and I am hoping to be in a size 14 at least by then. I can't stand to let them see what I have become in the last two years. :(
