Went to the gym and did a brisk walk/run for 30 minutes. Dear Lord I am so out of shape. I did 1.61 miles, so I suppose it's better than nothing. My goal is to be able to run in a 5k and 10k eventually... without passing out, lol. In the past I have hated running, but things change.

I still hate running but I'm working on acceptance. I used an app similar to couch to 5k and I'm up to running 28 minutes. It was very doable with the gradual increase

Thank you poofkiss. I figure it's like anything. The first few weeks is like boot camp. Once I make it past that, I'll be okay. And thank you Kris AZ. Thanks for the support you guys :).
