Another great day and so far today has been perfect. I am so proud of myself words cant even express. Summer is coming so fast and the weight not fast enough, but i know i can do it. Anyone else have a summer time goal in mind?

yup I know I sure have a summertime goal in mind. I would like to feel comfortable in a bathing suit again (lol which has been quite some time)

I've got a May goal. Gotta fit into a dress I have never worn before to my son's graduation! It fits now, but 10 more pounds off, will make it look fabulous. Good for you, feeling good of yourself.

I know I am with you kari29 i have been doing nothing but staring a bikinis this past week. i am really hoping this year i will be able to wear it and not feel self concious. Hopeful1953 i hear you too my sister is getting married may3 and i am on a deadline here to find a dress and fit into it. i am so nervous that i will look like a cow. ugh. i need more motivation.

Yes, I need to max 4 kg. above my ideal weight by mid May. That is my first goal and the key one! the second one is be in my ideal weight by July.

Oh nice, yeah i set my weight loss on here as 10 pound intervals but ideally i want to be around 130 or so by my birthday july 19th.
