Josie Ann's Journal, 08 March 2014

Since I had to defer my "Weigh in Now" command a couple of days ago, and my TOM is pretty much over; I weighed in this morning. Not a big loss, but as I had a delicious thin crust pizza (no cheese) last night, it's fair.

Not sure what my new weekly goal will be for this coming week, but I didn't adhere 100% on this week's goal to keep carbs limited to only one meal/day. However, I did somehow still manage to keep my overall calories in check, so there's that. I haven't been myself this week...actually felt kinda depressed; which really is not me, but I'm doing better this morning and I'm getting my mojo back. I'm even going to run this morning and it's not my run day.

A loss, even a small one.. is a lot better than a small gain in weight. These mini challenges are kind of interesting and I thank you for inspiring me to set one.

Too true...a weight loss, no matter how small is always a good thing! I'm really glad your mini goal setting is working for you. It's working for me too. Let's get our 10 lbs off before summer hits!
