Feeling great!!! Energy level is high. Woke up and grilled some chicken breast on the grill. Going to get my couple of miles in on the treadmill in a bit. It doesn't even feel like I'm dieting, yet the weight is coming off and I feel better than I have in a long while... Once I get this cast off my arm I will be able to add more variety to my cardio and start my weight training. Cant wait to start lifting again!!! Thanks for everyone who has shown me support... I GOT THIS!!!
