Yesterday I walked 2 miles on my new treadmill.It took me 42 minutes.I did it though. It actually felt really great. I taught my aquatone twice last week at the Rec. And, I have gotten my entire family a membership to an awesome gym. We actually played racquetball on Sunday, and it was so much fun!! My fitness level is really changing, but my weight is coming off real slow. Im sure I am going through some changes with my body. Not sure what is happening, but I can only keep losing as long as I continue. I do know that much. I have been drinking some wine on the weekends for the past few weekends. And, I am thinking I have to cut that out completely. We will see what my results are.

I got me a treadmill and first time on it I fell. MRI show's 3 torn ligaments. It hurt to walk before but now I am really in pain. Doctor is setting me up for a knee surgery so I can get back into physical therapy.
