Well I seem to be stuck between 165-169... And I have no idea what else I can possibly do to lose more. :/ Maybe this is the weight I just have to stay? I guess I could work extra hard on toning everything up. I really need help with the flab under my arms, and my sides. And back -_- Anyone have any suggestions? Or ideas? On toning or an extra step I could take to lose more. My overall goal is supposed to be 150 by June in time for my wedding.

I am on my 4th round of the 30 day challenge on Bodyrocktv. It was originally posted in October 2013. This is an incredible workout that incorporates both strength and cardio. Each time I complete the challenge I notice how much more toned I am as well as continue to drop lbs. You can stream her work out videos on youtube under the name charliejames1975. There are two different challenges already on that feed and she is about to start a new one. You should check it out ;)
