I love the first week of dieting. I wish every week had the same results
227.0 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Way to go!!! I finally got started today. I wish my first week back would be as successful as yours, but I doubt it. I'll be happy to lose two pounds.
