I don't write in my journal to offten.. But this weekend will be a true test as to what I have been learning... Today I will be spending the day with Family.. And I'm sure lots of food... Tomorrow.. Is another day of morning worship and FOOD after... Oh man.. Please let me make the right choices and stay focused on the goal in the end.
I stay home a lot.. that way i know exactly what i am eating... and now THIS.. I can't control... Except to take my own food.

I totally understand where you are coming from! I have had to work to plan "emergency" foods for those very occasions. Any suggestions you have will be appreciated:)

I normally cook all my chicken for the week on sunday... then throughout the week.. I'll eat fish and turkey burger to rotate it.. and subway every now and then.. i precut all muh veggies... or ill use steamers... But when i travel... I take almonds fruit and containers of veggies. I carry hard boiled eggs with me as well... Not sure if any of this helps.. lol its just some of the stuff i do.. My challenge is the tempations that are right in frount of me... The deserts r killer.. and sodas... I have layed em down.. But thats because i dont keep them in my house anymore
