Okay, so I shouldn't be dieting just yet, I'm making this account to prepare. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I have been exercising since I was 4 months along. I have only gained 15 pounds and have tried to keep a low carb diet; however, recently I have been really craving the sweets. I try to kinda meet it halfway like have half of a banana with nutella or make myself homemade mousse by using a snack pak pudding cup and some low fat whipped cream, but I really want to be serious and have self control. This is my step to completing that goal.
