I was planning on doing another "semi-high" calorie day this week, to confuse my body into burning more calories again, and I was planning on doing it tomorrow, but my security guard brought me food today, so I chose today as my high calorie day.lol I didn't go super high ( just under 2000 calories ) But enough to hopefully kick start my burning power again.
I read on Jillian Micheals' site that she recommends that if you have been having trouble with plateau's to do a "high calorie" day every week. Not enough to make you gain anything, but just 2-400 calories above what you normally eat throughout the week.
Every time Ive done it, it has worked. So I'm going to see if doing a semi-high calorie day once a week will help me move a long more steadily.
Hope everyone is having a good week so far!
