Still sticking with the SBD... I am in my second week of phase 2 and I am starting to crave yummy food... I think its just from being bored of the same ole stuff.. But cone best week, I can reintroduce good carbs back into my diet and give me some more variety. I am stalled this week with weight loss... but its that time of the month so I know that can affect it. I have lost like 8 lbs since starting phase 1, so I am happy with that. I have been busting my butt every night with my Zumba... I love that! I get the best workout from that, I sweat like crazy and I know I am burning a ton of calories. I have been very bad with logging in my food the past few days... I just stopped counting calories so my brain tells me don't worry about it! I am proud of myself for not giving into the temptation of my cravings... i did find a king size candy bar in my purse the other day (think my fiancé snuck it in there) and instead of eating, I gave it to my boss... and that was my favorite candy bar!

On another note, my arthritis has kicked in full gear this week with the cold, dampness and also with all the jumping around for the Zumba.. nothing is stopping the pain, but hopefully that will go away in a few more days. 10 more weeks to Florida!!!!! Cannot wait for this mini-vacation!!
