Annabelle3117's Journal, 17 February 2014

Back down to 203 after a weekend of lasagna, wine, and lazy-ing around time lol. Stupid human body doesn't know what the hell it's doing. Getting used to my body media armband, and playing with it's functions. I get on FS every morning and log my calories for the day, then enter them onto the B-M site and then the handy little app on my phone shows me my current calorie burn and how many more I need to burn to hit my optimal deficit... (-1000 for a 2lb/week loss). I'm feeling all 'Wayne' with these numbers lol. I didn't get a good read for the burn on the kettle bells (CR), but I've got better arm placement now and I'm looking forward to giving it another go when my muscles recover. Today it will be cardio at the gym. Tomorrow it will be stairs at the hospital, I'll have plenty of time to kill. Strangely, I'm having a hard time getting enough calories. Stupid isn't it... Help, I can't eat enough!! I'm sure I will figure something out muah-hahaha <~that was an evil laugh

We have bad weather coming this afternoon into this evening, which means it will be a shit ride to the hospital later, and my husband could be stuck between a rock and hard spot if our daughter's school is delayed/cancelled in the morning. I'll get on figuring something out. Decisions decisions.

Anywho, that's all that's going on in Yolanda-land. No deep thoughts, opinions, or witty comments. Just boring old calorie deficits and techy gadgets. I hope you all have a great day :-)

Can you line up another Mom in the neighborhood that can help out your husband in your absence? I am sure that there has to be someone that would be willing to pitch in. Wish I lived closer...
