I ate a huge steak last night and some sweet potato fries and some no sugar ice cream for dinner last night. I ate all of that and I stayed on track with food. I need to get my calories lower - so far I am doing well on 1500, but I would like to keep it in the 1300 range. I keep gaining and losing the same 3 to 4 pounds. I am at 184 today, which is the low end of the range. I have been weighing between 184 to 187 for months now. It gets harder and harder for me to start losing again. I guess it's good that I have had maintenance, but I really need forward progress again. With that in mind, let me go foward full steam ahead to lose down to 183 - even that one pound would be lower than I've been in a long time!
