Use a blend of nutty nuggets cereal and your favorite salt-free spice blend to make a herb crust for your baked or broiled fish. Just use about 1/8 cup of nuggets, a tablespoon (or to taste) of spice, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix it together with your hand and pat on top of your fish filet before baking or broiling. My crust cooked a little fast and almost burned, but I just wrapped it up like a packet in the foil I was cooking it in. Fish is perfect, and so is the herb crust.
