eating Atkins Chocolate Peanut butter bar & other treats from Atkins is helping a lot % raw veg with dressing is helping a lot to just one day at a time when I first started my Journey on Atkins I wasn't post on Fatsecreat I was 233 lbs I'm now 224 9 lbs.. I actually lost 11 to star then regain and coming back down again ,, not happy with the not losing much I can see cal too high & carbs so I am asking the Lord for strength and wisdom on how too do this and not feel like I'm starving <3 I keep readjusting to in prove my foods I take in <3 Thanks Lord for this day Love ya Much <3 you too Dolores Lynn & all the fatsecreat folks out there keep up the good work <3
