My scale was off.Iinstead of losing .2 for the week I actually lost .8 Woohoo. I finally got off my butt up and started my scheduled workouts. I had been exercising but it was hit and miss. I did two cardio workouts yesterday. I am going to do two today as well. I am getting caught up for the week so I will hit my ten miles of walking for the week. I don't just walk though. I do arm movements as well. I am using Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds" series so my wife and I can workout together. It is more of a low impact aerobic workout. You don't just walk in place for the workout. LOL Feeling good about my new exercise. I already feel better. I need to practice what I preach. I used to coach and I was always pushed diet(nutrition)+exercise=Results.Looking for better gains(losses) this coming week. (I weigh in on Thursdays that's why I say a new week.)
