Having a really hard time getting back into a workout routine. My motto at this point is, "Just do it". Can't let the failure to workout out one day, keep me from continuing the next.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
