decided to stop beer for the next three months for a boost of wt. loss (the no alcohol challenge). i know, its a no-brainer to do this; but my other vice is coke zero: i can't seem to kick that stuff.

don't get me wrong: i don't think i am an alcoholic, but i just like to unwind after a stressful day with a nice ale in my frosted glass, watching basketball on the tele....well, those days are ending at least for now.

this wnd, i have been much better at keeping the right things going into my mouth, and watching portion size. i would like to lose more than 1 pound per wk; i guess i am an impatient sort....need to add exercise, have not done that yet (my bad). but so far 13 pounds lost in about 6 wks.
