in the last two days I have upped my veg , feel really good about that love my low carb pancakes & got totally no sugar syrup lowered my carbs a lot more , had a very good day seeing my youngest daughter her babies and her boyfriend Love seeing them ,, hate the thought of tomorrow 18 degrees out .. I will have too layer my cloths on ,, my school takes about 20 min to warm up any who have Lots to be grateful for ,, Love ya Lord ,, does anyone in Fatsecret. know how to un-buddies some one ???
