I made it through the 7-day GNC cleanse! I realized on day 6 that the pre-biotic and fiber pack had 5 carbs, but it didn't derail me. I switched over to liquid stevia, and though it's not nearly as tasty as Splenda, it will do. Today I'm treating myself to some low carb pancakes made w/coconut flour and some bacon. Should I feel bad that I'm so excited about my brunch menu?! :-)
