sarme malo vise od pola kile ali ona nema puno kalorija jer je puno vise kupusa nego mesa :) mozda 250 kalorija, tako da ima mozda 15tak grama proteina. poslije cu popiti onaj essential whey (53 grama) a to je jos 25-6 grama proteina i zivili!
znaci generalno na ovih 2950 kalorija jos cca 450, dakle, cca 3400...
