Today I gave myself a day off from exercise. I got in a good work out last night, and will hit it again tomorrow and have boot camp on Saturday. Today, I give myself permission to relax and have a glass of wine and just "be". I am so enjoying having the Bible on my Kindle. I have spent more time in the word because I can just pick it up and read without pulling out my big, heavy book! I still love my book for more in-depth study, but having it on the Kindle, I can quickly read a chapter when I need a time filler. I love it! Lord, help me hunger for You and Your Word. Replace my food cravings with a craving for You.
